Office Information

We recognize the need for a definite understanding between the patient and his or her doctor regarding financial arrangement for medical and surgical care. The doctors of the Atlanta Ear Clinic have established fees for professional services to their patients. The responsibility for payment of these fees is the direct obligation of the patient. The exceptions for those cases where the patient's insurance provider has signed a contract with the Atlanta Ear Clinic.

The Atlanta Ear Clinic will be pleased to provide its standard information form to the patient for insurance purposes. We accept Assignment from Medicare.

Hours:

Monday through Thursday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Fridays 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

From GA 400 (North or South):
Take the Glenridge Connector/Peachtree Dunwoody Road exit and turn left off the exit ramp. Go to Johnson Ferry Road and turn right. Our building is approximately 1/4 mile on the left. The complex if Northside Doctors Center. We are in the 980 building, which is the taller of the two building, suite 470.

From I-285 going east:
Take exit 26, turn right onto Glenridge Connector. Go to the first traffic light and turn left onto Johnson Ferry Road. Our building is approximately 1/4 mile on the left. The complex if Northside Doctors Center. We are in the 980 building, which is the taller of the two building, suite 470.

From I-285 going west:
Take exit 28, turn left onto Peachtree Dunwoody Road . Go approximately four traffic lights and turn right onto Johnson Ferry Road. (Northside Hospital is on the corner) We are the first building on the right past Northside Hospital. The complex if Northside Doctors Center. We are in the 980 building, which is the taller of the two building, suite 470.
